For small hairline cracks, use a high-quality acrylic caulk or stucco patching compound. Apply the caulk or patching compound with a putty knife, filling the crack and smoothing it out. Allow it to dry before painting or applying a new stucco finish.

For larger cracks or chips, it may be necessary to use a stucco repair mix. Prepare the mix according to the manufacturer’s instructions and apply it to the damaged area with a trowel, ensuring it is level with the surrounding stucco. Use the trowel to create a textured finish that matches the existing stucco.

To achieve a seamless appearance, try to match the texture and color of the repaired area with the surrounding stucco. Use a texture brush or sponge to create a texture that matches the existing stucco. If necessary, paint the repaired area with a color that matches the rest of the stucco.
